To buy, you create a free account with your name, e-mail and phone. Your account is personal and lets you follow your vouchers.
You can pay with the main credit-card brands, with a bank slip (boleto) or through PagSeguro.
The voucher is your proof of purchase. It is issued after payment, and you present its number — or a printout — to the partner when you use the offer.
Because each offer is created by a partner, it has its own rules — validity, days of use and what is included. Always read them before you buy.
When you pay by bank slip, the voucher is released within up to two business days. Sending the payment receipt to support speeds this up.
You can request to cancel a purchase within seven days. After that period each request is reviewed. Expired vouchers are not cancelled, refunded or converted into credit.
Purchases made through the app can earn cashback of up to 5%. If a purchase is cancelled, any cashback used is deducted from the refund.
