Cidade Oferta is a marketplace that intermediates the sale of discounted offers from partner businesses. When you buy an offer, you purchase directly from the partner, who is solely responsible for delivering and performing the product or service.
To buy, you must register with accurate information (name, CPF, e-mail and phone). Your account is personal and non-transferable, and you are responsible for your login and for the information you provide. We may refuse, suspend or cancel accounts in case of suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
Each offer is valid for a limited period and has its own conditions, shown on the offer page. After purchase you receive a voucher with instructions and a validity date. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accept the specific rules of that offer. Once expired, a voucher cannot be used, refunded or converted into credit.
Cidade Oferta is not the seller of the products or services offered. The partner is solely responsible for the quality, delivery and performance of the service. Our responsibility is limited to promoting the offer and issuing the voucher.
Purchases made through the app may earn cashback of up to 5%, under the rules published on the platform. If a purchase is cancelled, any cashback used is deducted from the refund. The programme may be changed or suspended.
